Collaboration with Benevolenskaya lab (Post-doc Position Available)

Our lab has a long term and successful collaboration with the lab of Elizaveta Benevolenskaya from the University Illinois Chicago. Liza and I met back in 2006 in a meeting in Cold Spring Harbor and from then on we have continuously collaborated in several projects related to the study of regulatory pathways in cancer. We have so far published 4 manuscripts together and we share the supervision of the project’s thesis of Khademul.

We now have open a post-doc position for a collaborative project between the two labs. The project will include bioinformatics integrative studies on epigenetic regulatory programs in cancer and their correlation with patient prognosis. We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic postdoc with experience in molecular biology and excellent record of publications. Interested candidates should contact Dr. Benevolenskaya at evb@uic.edu.
