New Cancer Genome Interpreter Platform

We are excited to announce the release of the new Cancer Genome Interpreter (CGI) Platform, accessible through the updated www.cancergenomeinterpreter.org website. The CGI Platform has been developed within the EU-funded project CGI-Clinics to adapt the original CGI tool to the clinical context and reflect the latest advancements in precision oncology.
We have launched the CGI Open, a freely accessible version of the CGI Platform designed to empower the cancer genomics scientific community by facilitating the broad use of the platform for academic research. We invite you to explore the new CGI features on our redesigned website (https://www.cancergenomeinterpreter.org/tool) and register here to get started: https://platform.cgiclinics.eu.
To use CGI in the clinical setting or in industry, we have developed specific versions of the tool: CGI Teams and CGI Industry. You can explore them at https://www.cgiclinics.eu/cancer-genome-interpreter/ and contact us through the available forms to request a demo project.
